Job summary

ZenPoint Solutions LLC in Washington, DC is seeking a Scrum Master II with 5+ years of Agile experience to lead engineering teams in Scrum and Kanban. You will facilitate ceremonies, manage backlogs, and mentor teams to improve delivery while coordinating with security, governance, and partner teams.

The role requires a Secret clearance (ability to obtain Top Secret) and a hybrid work arrangement with 2 onsite days per week in DC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master on technical/software projects.
• Strong familiarity with IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and SDLC.
• Experience using Azure DevOps or Jira (ALM tools).
• Understanding of Scrum and Kanban frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies across Scrum and Kanban, ensuring clear, well-defined work.
• Collaborate with product team to manage backlog, priorities, and dependencies.
• Translate technical needs into actionable tasks with input from teams and stakeholders.
• Mentor team members in Azure DevOps/Jira planning and tracking, including CI/CD visibility.
• Coordinate with security/governance to ensure compliance and with other teams to manage dependencies.
• Track delivery and ensure quality and timely completion of deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, DevSecOps, automation, and workflow.
