Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or Agile Coach in a technology environment.
• Experience with Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile methods in software development teams.
• Pragmatic Agile approach, adapting practices to each team's needs and maturity.

Aufgaben

• Facilitating Scrum events and ensuring effective meeting practices.
• Helping Scrum teams focus on high-value increments with transparency and alignment.
• Identifying and removing impediments and managing dependencies.
• Working with Team Leads, Product Managers, and stakeholders.
• Coaching and mentoring teams in Agile values and frameworks.
• Supporting teams in improving collaboration, delivery, and ways of working.
