Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience driving IT software application projects using Agile Scrum.

• Strong experience across Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) phases.

Responsibilities

• Guide cross-functional teams through Agile Scrum-based project execution.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning and Daily Stand-ups.
• Provide visibility into project progress, risks, and delivery metrics.
