These are long-term contract opportunities tied to a five-year development roadmap, offering excellent project stability and the opportunity to contribute to sophisticated, mission-critical systems.

The ideal candidate is a Scrum Master who began their career in Software Engineering, DevOps, Software Testing, or another hands-on technical discipline before transitioning into Agile leadership. We are looking for someone who can confidently engage with engineering teams, understand technical challenges, and help drive complex software development initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
  • Collaborate closely with software engineers, DevOps teams, Product Owners, and technical leadership to drive successful software delivery.
  • Coordinate Agile activities across distributed engineering teams, including teams based internationally.
  • Identify and remove technical and organizational impediments impacting development timelines.
  • Support SAFe Agile practices, including Program Increment (PI) Planning, dependency management, and continuous improvement.
  • Track sprint progress, team velocity, deliverables, and project milestones using Agile management tools.
  • Promote Agile best practices and help engineering teams improve collaboration, efficiency, and delivery predictability.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master supporting software engineering or technical development teams.
  • Strong technical foundation, ideally with previous hands-on experience in Software Engineering, DevOps, or Software Testing.
  • Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and modern software development practices.
  • Experience working within SAFe Agile environments.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar tools.
