Job summary

Vonage is seeking a dynamic Scrum Master to join our global team and help drive the Agile transformation within one or more squads. You will work under the Lean Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) to implement SAFe practices and support PI planning, fostering a strong agile culture across teams.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Agile principles and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP).
• Ability to coach and mentor teams in agile values and practices.
• Experience with data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Open to learning SAFe implementations and supporting PI planning.

Responsibilities

• Drive Agile transformation with the LACE team across Vonage.
• Introduce and foster an Agile culture within one or more teams.
• Assist Release Train Engineers with SAFe events planning and execution.
• Train, mentor, and support teams to follow agile values and practices.
• Use data to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate open communication and collaboration among teams and stakeholders.
