Job summary

Dell Technologies is seeking a Scrum Master for a Federal Customer to structure agile delivery across programs, facilitate ceremonies, and maintain visibility and cadence in a government environment.

You will lead sprint planning, track dependencies and risks, produce management-ready updates, and coordinate across engineering and support teams while ensuring compliance and security requirements for classified initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, PMO support, or agile team facilitation.
• Experience with planning, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured environment.
• Experience managing projects utilizing agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with project controls and delivery governance.
• Active TS/SCI and ability to maintain access as required by the program.

Responsibilities

The Project & Agile Delivery professional supports Dell Mission Operations by creating structure, visibility, and execution discipline across program activities and technical workstreams. This role is responsible for project planning, reporting, agile facilitation, dependency tracking, and process coordination that enables teams to deliver effectively. The ideal candidate brings strong planning instincts, facilitation skills, and the ability to turn operational demand into organized execution.

Key responsibilities
