Job summary

Dell GmbH in the United States is seeking a Project & Agile Delivery professional to support Dell Mission Operations by creating structure, visibility, and execution discipline across program activities and technical workstreams.

You will build plans, facilitate agile ceremonies, track dependencies and deliver management-ready updates. The role demands strong organizational skills and cross-functional coordination to maintain delivery cadence and impact.

Qualifications

Experience in project management, PMO support, or agile team facilitation.
Experience with planning, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured environment.
Experience managing projects utilizing agile methodologies.
Familiarity with project controls and delivery governance.
Active TS/SCI and ability to maintain access as required by the program.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and execution trackers.
Facilitate sprint planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
Track action items, dependencies, risks, and milestones across workstreams.
Produce status reporting, meeting outputs, and management-ready updates.
Coordinate across program, engineering, and support teams to keep work moving.
Help teams maintain prioritization, accountability, and delivery cadence.
Support process improvement and consistent execution practices.
Maintain records, artifacts, and workflow visibility for stakeholders.
