Job description

The ideal candidate is a proactive Scrum Master with Project Management experience, capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This individual will be instrumental in facilitating Agile practices within our product teams, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery across initiatives. A strong understanding of Scrum and the ability to foster high-performing teams is critical, along with foundational project management capabilities to support cross-functional execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Coach and support teams on Agile principles and practices to continuously improve performance
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to ensure backlog items are clear, prioritized, and actionable
• Track and communicate team progress, risks, and impediments to stakeholders
• Identify and remove roadblocks that hinder team delivery
• Create and maintain high-level project plans, timelines, and status documentation
• Ensure alignment across departments and keep project goals in focus
• Document project outcomes and apply lessons learned to future planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, with a focus on software or business project delivery
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex team dynamics.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a go-getter attitude.
• Resilient personality with the ability to maintain composure and direction under pressure.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence

Supervisory Responsibility?
This is not a direct supervisory role but requires strong coordination, leadership presence, and the ability to influence cross-functional team members and stakeholders.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
