Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Scrum Master in Orlando, FL to facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams, and partner with the Product Owner to align priorities. You will work with cross-functional teams, remove impediments, and ensure a transparent, collaborative environment to drive value.

Qualified candidates have 5–7 years of Scrum experience, CSM/SAFe MS certifications, and strong facilitation skills. This onsite role offers benefits and a one-year contract, with compensation around market

Qualifications

Certified Scrum Master with experience leading Agile software development.
Experience guiding teams to effectively write/split/map stories.
Understanding of software development processes and IT technologies.
Familiarity with CI/CD and agile release planning techniques.
Strong facilitation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Facilitate sprint ceremonies (planning, retrospectives, demos) and collaborate with the Release Train Engineer.
Coordinate with Product Owner to validate and communicate team priorities.
Coach teams to increase productivity and maintain sustainable velocity.
Remove impediments to ensure smooth progress and optimize team performance.
Maintain up-to-date status in Rally and reflect current state.
Communicate priorities clearly to stakeholders and foster a safe, collaborative environment.
