Qualifications

• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Ability to remove blockers and manage dependencies across teams.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain groomed, prioritized backlog.
• Track progress with dashboards and velocity metrics.

Responsibilities

• Agile Facilitation: Plan, facilitate, and optimize all foundational Scrum ceremonies.
• Impediment Removal: Identify and remove roadblocks hindering progress.
• Backlog Collaboration: Work with Product Owners to groom and prioritize backlog.
• Metrics & Visual Governance: Use Jira dashboards to track sprint progress and velocity.
• Stakeholder Communication: Report project status, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure increments meet government security regulations.
