Job summary

Leidos is seeking a cleared Scrum Master to join our Non-Kinetic Effects team in Beavercreek, OH. You will coach multiple development teams, facilitate ceremonies, and partner with Product Owners to deliver iterative, value-driven solutions for DoD missions.

You will advance agile practices, ensure quality, and help teams grow through transparency and data‑driven decisions. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in Scrum Master roles, active DoD TS/SCI clearance, and a strong track

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience; Master's with 2+ years acceptable.
Must possess a current Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent).
U.S. Citizen with active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
Experience as Scrum Master or Team Lead for software/systems teams.
Knowledge of programming, databases, system design, and web-based architectures preferred.

Responsibilities

Coach, mentor, and train team members in self-management and Scrum values.
Guide teams through a Scrum maturity journey and promote agile practices.
Schedule and lead daily standups, retrospectives, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
Collaborate with Product Owner to align short- and long-term goals.
Help teams improve quality, predictability, flow and velocity.
Build a high-performing team by improving team dynamics and performance.
