This role offers a competitive salary range of $96,000–$135,000 with full benefits and a clear runway to grow

Qualifications

• Coaching mid-level teammates through their first project.
• Sharp written and verbal communication.
• Comfort with hybrid arrangements and a customer-centric workplace.
• A Washington grounding, or the adaptability to plant roots quickly.
• The humility to revise strong opinions when the data argues back.

Responsibilities

• Read an Empathy system you didn't build and improve it anyway
• Coach newer mid-level teammates through their first messy general project
• Support daily operations at our Washington site and keep workflows moving
• Keep Washington, DC momentum when the mid-level pipeline runs thin
• Surface risks early, loudly, and with a proposed fix attached
• Show up for the unglamorous general maintenance nobody volunteers for
