Responsibilities

• Hand off Conflict Resolution work clean enough that nobody has to ask twice
• Communicate progress, blockers, and results to stakeholders and leadership
• Field curveballs from Annapolis clients without losing the thread
• Run point on general incidents until they're truly resolved
• Surface risks early, loudly, and with a proposed fix attached
• Read the room and adjust how you pitch Networking to each audience
• Keep the internship schedule realistic when everyone wants everything yesterday
• Champion a positive, collaborative culture throughout the Annapolis, MD office
