Job summary

SageCor Solutions LLC in Maryland seeks an experienced Scrum Master to lead delivery across client engagements in government-ready IT programs. You will collaborate with the Product Owner, Engineering Lead, and Chief Architect to ensure backlog clarity and sprint outcomes in a fast-paced environment requiring TS/SCI with Polygraph.

The role demands guiding teams in Agile practices, facilitating ceremonies, measuring metrics, and aligning priorities across multiple scrum teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing teams to meet stakeholder objectives in a Scrum Master role.
• Experience with JIRA and Agile practices.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

• -Collaborate with Product Owner, Engineering Lead, and Chief
• -Architect to ensure backlog quality, clarity, and prioritization.
• -Facilitate sprint ceremonies that produce consistent outcomes.
• -Promote and measure Agile metrics.
• -Collaborate closely with other scrum teams to align priorities,manage shared resources, and ensure consistent sequencing of work.
• -Gather and document technical and business requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• -5+ years of experience managing teams to meet stakeholder objectives such as ina Scrum Master role
• -Experience with JIRA
• -Experience leading client delivery engagements and working with senior-levelclient management
• -Experience teaching technical teams comprised of junior and senior team members basic Agile framework concepts
• -Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience gathering and documentingtechnical and business requirements, or 9+ years of experience gathering anddocumenting technical and business requirements in lieu of a degree
• -Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification

Preferred Qualifications:

• -Knowledge of the project management framework
• -Knowledge of agency or intelligence community and IT infrastructures
• -Possession of excellent interpersonal skills to successfully interact with clients,engineers, and managers
• -Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills -Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field
