Job summary

SageCor Solutions (SageCor) is a growing Maryland-based engineering services firm delivering complete lifecycle System Engineering for high performance computing, large data analytics and cutting-edge information technologies. This role requires Active TS/SCI with polygraph and strong experience in SAFe, Agile Release Train operations, and Lean/DevSecOps practices.

Educational pathways include HS +14 years, BA +10, MS +8 or PhD +8 in engineering or related fields.

Serving Maryland and the Greater Washington D.C. area, SageCor Solutions (SageCor) is a growing company bringing complete engineering services and true full lifecycle System Engineering services to areas requiring (or desiring) nationally-recognized expertise in high performance computing, large data analytics and cutting edge information technologies.

Active TS/SCI W/ Polygraph Required.

Education/Experience:

A High School Diploma or GED plus fourteen (14) years of general system engineering experience.

OR

A Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus ten (10) years of systems engineering experience.

OR

A Master’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus eight (8) years of systems engineering experience.

OR

A PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus eight (8) years of systems engineering experience.

Required Skills:

• Deep understanding of SAFe principles, practices, and competencies at the Solution Train level
• Expert knowledge of Agile Release Train operations and coordination
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and DevSecOps practices
• Understanding of Lean Portfolio Management and Value Stream concepts
• Knowledge of system requirements management, interface control and configuration management
• Experience with requirements traceability, verification, and validation approaches
• Proficiency with configuration management and version control systems
• Experience with collaboration tools supporting distributed teams (MS Teams, Confluence, SharePoint)
