Job summary

Lentech, Inc. is seeking a Scrum Master in Maryland to support SAFe/agile ceremonies, collaborate with the Product Owner, and coach teams toward continuous improvement.

The role requires an active TS.SCI w FSP through MD, Certified Scrum Master, and a CI poly within 5 years, plus 7 years of Systems Engineer experience. The salary range is $130,000–$140,000, and this is a full-time position aligned with federal contracting expectations.
