The role requires an active TS.SCI w FSP through MD, Certified Scrum Master, and a CI poly within 5 years, plus 7 years of Systems Engineer experience. The salary range is $130,000–$140,000, and this is a full-time position aligned with federal contracting expectations.

Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master.
• CI poly with in 5 years.
• 7 YOE as a Systems Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owner in preparation for SAFe/agile ceremonies, including sprint reviews.
• Inspect and Adapt, and Program Increment (PI) planning events.
• Scrum Coach.
