Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1 to 3 years in IT/systems with Agile delivery experience.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication to interface with stakeholders.
• Ability to translate technical jargon into understandable terms.

Responsibilities

• Drives delivery using Agile Framework (Kanban/Scrum) and ceremonies.
• Fosters high-performing team dynamics with servant leadership.
• Effectively manage work in progress and remove impediments.
• Promotes transparency and alignment through facilitated conversations.
• Encourages DevOps, security, and SRE practices and coaching.
• Identifies skill and process gaps; supports shift-left testing.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
