Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience as a Scrum Master or Business Analyst is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Coach teams on Scrum/Kanban best practices.
• Remove impediments and enable team self-organization.
• Track and communicate team velocity and delivery progress.
• Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support backlog refinement and prioritization.
