Infosys Limited in Johnston, RI, United States, is hiring for a Technology Consultant 2 to drive agile practices, document requirements, design discussions, and contribute to coding and testing efforts. The role emphasizes end-to-end SDLC, cross-functional collaboration, and production support within a banking domain.

The position requires hands-on Scrum experience, Jira usage, and strong communication. Onsite work with potential travel is expected, with a focus on delivering features on time.

Competenze

• Experience in Agile / Scrum Framework with strong hands-on experience in Scrum ceremonies and Agile practices.
• Experience in Sprint Execution & Delivery Management - Driving end to end sprint delivery and timelines.
• Experience with Jira / Agile Tools - Managing backlog, sprint tracking, and workflow execution.
• Technical Understanding is required.
• Experience in executing Discovery process as a Scrum.
• Experienced working in an onsite offshore model.
• Experienced working in Banking/Financial Domain.
• Good Communication skills.
• Experience in Roadmap plugin feature.
• Ensure the Discovery Team delivers stories and designs within timeline dates.

Mansioni

• Contribute to the requirements elicitation process by documenting assigned parts of business requirements, in line with guidance provided
• Facilitate software application design discussions, and document design decisions to guide the technical team towards building software solutions
• Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications, with a focus on maintaining system stability
• Conduct code reviews, do changes to the codebase and maintain code repositories
• Implement test strategies, analyse results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold the software quality standards
• Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to ensure a smooth transition to new software applications
• Actively participate in resolving production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliability
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist other similar projects
