Responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes to identify optimization opportunities and align with industry standards.
• Benchmarking studies with stakeholders to align solution performance.
• Document system customizations and workflows; draft SOPs and workflows.
• Research third-party products; provide comparative analysis of features, costs, and scalability.
• Coordinate implementation of solutions; support in developing and maintaining SOPs for stability post-implementation.
