Charles Schwab is seeking a Scrum Master for its Workplace Services Engineering organization to empower teams, strengthen Agile practices, and remove impediments. You will facilitate ceremonies, coordinate with Product Owners and development teams, and drive transparency across priorities and progress.

This role emphasizes collaboration across technical and business teams, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions for workplace clients and their employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• CSM certification.
• 2+ years of Scrum Master or related project management experience.
• 2+ years of experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile practices, and product delivery using Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Experience working within the financial services industry.
• Experience using Atlassian tools to manage work, backlogs, progress, and delivery transparency.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies, identify and remove impediments, and help teams improve delivery effectiveness.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to influence, negotiate, organize priorities, and work effectively across technical and business teams.

Responsabilités

• Facilitates Scrum and Kanban ceremonies including planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coaches Product Owners and teams toward accountability and self-organization.
• Removes impediments and helps improve delivery practices.
• Manages risks and dependencies and communicates status to stakeholders.
• Collaborates with technical leaders and development teams to navigate priorities across competing demands.
