Charles Schwab Technology Services is seeking a Scrum Master to support the Move Money system. You will lead Agile ceremonies, facilitate planning, and partner with product owners and stakeholders to manage risk and backlog, enabling timely releases and continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong facilitation, data-driven decision making, and effective communication to align teams and deliver business value in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives and other Agile ceremonies.
• Use analytics to create meaningful visuals supporting decisions and delivery insights.
• Identify performance challenges and execute continuous-improvement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Program Increment planning and Scrum ceremonies.
• Remove impediments and support timely releases.
• Partner with Product Owner and stakeholders to manage risks and backlog.
