The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AEM Sites, AEM Assets, and AEM as a Cloud Service, with strong experience in Apache Sling, OSGi, HTL/Sightly, Java, REST APIs, and CI/CD practices.Key Responsibilities:Lead Adobe architecture discovery and technical inception workshops.Design scalable, secure, and high-performing AEM solutions and integration architectures.Identify and assess architecture, integration, identity, content, and data requirements.Create solution blueprints and conduct architecture reviews.Integrate AEM with enterprise platforms including CRM, e-commerce, Adobe Experience Cloud, and third-party systems.Drive performance optimization, deployment automation, and cloud adoption initiatives.Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership throughout delivery.Support pre-sales activities, solutioning, and client engagements.Required Skills:Deep expertise in AEM Sites, Assets, and AEM Cloud ServiceApache Sling, OSGi, HTL/Sightly, JavaREST APIs and enterprise integrationsAdobe Experience Cloud ecosystemCI/CD, DevOps, Security, and Performance OptimizationArchitecture governance, stakeholder management, and team leadershipExperience: 10+ years in AEM and enterprise digital experience architecture.The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is 124543 - 153500Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
