Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage two agile teams (~15 members each), overseeing ceremonies and project cadence
• Lead standups, retrospectives, sprint reviews, PI Planning, and demos
• Maintain up-to-date boards in Azure DevOps and ensure timely ticket management
• Collaborate closely with program managers and team leads to drive progress
• Monitor and elevate blockers and dependencies proactively
• Generate reports including burn down charts, velocity, and control charts
• Operate within both agile and waterfall-like environments

Requirements

Must-Haves

• 5–10 years of professional experience
• 3 years of Scrum Master or Agile facilitation experience
• Agile certification (e.g., CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP)
• Experience managing full SDLC projects
• Agile sprint planning and reporting
• 1 years of Azure DevOps usage (creating tickets, running queries)
• Strong understanding of development lifecycle and proactive, delivery-focused mindset
