Job Opportunity: Scrum Master

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a background in manufacturing projects and data analytics solutions. The successful candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensure adherence to Agile principles, and guide teams through Sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives. This is a full-time, remote position.

Responsibilities

• Act as Scrum Master for data and analytics teams supporting manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and maintain the product backlog.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and guide teams in data-focused sprints involving ingestion, transformation, integration, and reporting.
• Track progress, remove impediments, and monitor Agile metrics for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with data engineers, analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Promote Agile best practices across platforms such as SAP ECC, IBP, HANA, BOBJ, Databricks, and Tableau.
• Monitor and report Agile metrics like velocity and burn-down charts.
• Assist in capacity planning and identify bottlenecks early.
• Foster a collaborative, adaptable environment with regular customer feedback.
• Guide the team in breaking down work into smaller, manageable stories or tasks with clear acceptance criteria.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and guiding teams in Agile adoption.
• Ability to monitor team progress and Agile metrics effectively.
• Experience working remotely.
