Job summary

Insight Global seeks an experienced Scrum Master to support Product, Design, and Engineering teams in delivering digital products. The role focuses on driving Agile practices, facilitating ceremonies, removing roadblocks, and maintaining alignment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include leading standups and planning, working with stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery through effective prioritization and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Scrum Master experience.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Experience leading Agile ceremonies and sprint activities.
• Experience working with Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
• Experience using Jira or similar project management tools.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and remove team impediments.
