VeeAR Projects Inc. is seeking a Scrum Master to serve as a servant leader for one or more project teams within a government/judicial tech environment. You will facilitate Scrum events, remove impediments, and promote agile practices to improve delivery outcomes.
You will coach the team and stakeholders, enable effective collaboration, and help scale agile practices across multiple teams while maintaining high standards of communication and transparency.
The Scrum Master serves as a servant leader and agile coach for one or more project teams, facilitating Scrum events and removing impediments so the team can deliver value effectively. The Scrum Master position promotes and supports the adoption of agile and Scrum principles, practices, and rules across the Judicial Branch, working closely with the Product Owner, development team, and stakeholders to continuously improve team performance and delivery outcomes. Preferred education and/or experience: Experience serving as a Scrum Master or agile coach within a government or judicial branch technology environment. Experience supporting multiple concurrent Scrum teams or working within a scaled agile framework (SAFe).
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and two (2) years of professional experience facilitating agile or Scrum teams, or serving in a project coordination or Scrum Master capacity. Job related work experience may substitute for educational qualifications on a year for year basis. Specialized training, certifications, and/or other special requirements: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification preferred.
