Job summary

Judicial Branch is seeking a Scrum Master in Phoenix, AZ to coach one or more project teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and remove impediments to deliver value. This role partners with the Product Owner, development team, and stakeholders to improve performance and outcomes.

The ideal candidate will drive Agile adoption, support continuous improvement, and work in a hybrid office setting in Phoenix. BA/BS and Scrum Master credentials preferred; federal/government experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating Agile/Scrum events and coaching teams.
• Proven ability to remove impediments and improve delivery.
• Experience with scaled Agile or government/Judicial environment is a plus.
