Job summary

ProKatchers LLC in Phoenix seeks a Scrum Master to facilitate ceremonies, coach teams on Agile practices, and help improve collaboration. You will manage sprints and backlogs with Jira and Azure DevOps, and partner with Product Owners and stakeholders.

The role is a 9-month engagement with temp-to-hire potential, paying $55–$59 per hour on W2 (no C2C). Candidates with 2+ years of Scrum Master or Agile experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, and strong communication will fit well.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Scrum Master, Agile, or project coordination experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills.
• CSM or PSM certification preferred.
• Experience supporting multiple Scrum teams or working in a SAFe environment is a plus.
• Government or judicial technology experience is highly desirable.
