Job summary

Insight Global in Newark, NJ, is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to coach and guide multiple agile teams in adopting and applying Scrum and agile practices. You will champion values, remove impediments, and drive high-impact, value-focused delivery.

You will facilitate ceremonies, support grooming, estimation, and continuous improvement, and collaborate with product, engineering, and QA to ensure predictable, quality software releases. CSM certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with Agile principles and frameworks.
• Proven Scrum Master experience.
• Facilitation of workshops like OKRs, backlog refinement, and prioritization.
• Proficient with Jira, Jira Align, Miro, and CI/CD reporting tools.
• CSM or equivalent certification.
• Experience with multiple Agile teams in financial services.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
• Experience working with multiple Agile teams in the financial services industry
