Job summary

RELI Group is seeking a collaborative Scrum Master to support Agile software delivery by facilitating SAFe ceremonies and ensuring backlog and user stories are effectively managed.

The ideal candidate will maintain Jira and Confluence artifacts, track team KPIs, support roadmap development, and apply Agile best practices across diverse technology environments. Four years of relevant experience and SAFe certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain backlog in Jira and documents in Confluence
• Update KPIs as needed with team status
• Analyze current processes and recommend improvements
• Experience creating diagrams and roadmaps

Position Overview

We are seeking a collaborative and organized Scrum Master to support Agile software delivery by facilitating SAFe ceremonies, serving as the liaison between business and IT teams, and ensuring product backlogs, user stories, and documentation are effectively managed. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business needs, recommend process improvements, maintain Jira and Confluence artifacts, track team KPIs, and support roadmap development while fostering Agile best practices. Strong communication and organizational skills, experience working in diverse technology environments, and a solid understanding of SAFe Agile principles are essential. SAFe Scrum Master or SAFe Practitioner certification is preferred, along with at least four years of relevant experience.

Benefits and Compensation

The annual salary range for this position is $61,125 to $93,275. Actual compensation will depend on a range of factors, including but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, location, other business and organizational needs, and applicable employment laws.
