AE Business Solutions is seeking two experienced Scrum Masters to support high-priority technology initiatives. These are anticipated 12-month contract engagements with the possibility of extension and potential conversion to a full-time role at a later date.

The strongest candidates will bring deep Agile and Scrum expertise, practical experience improving delivery flow, and the confidence to challenge teams when work is stalled, requirements are unclear, or activity is being mistaken for progress.

Customer Revenue Management

This role will support a major technical upgrade and modernization of an enterprise customer billing and care platform, with work planned through 2027.

Customer Channels / Marketing & Communications

This role will support a large-scale customer portal re-platforming initiative scheduled for go-live in the first quarter of 2027, along with a significant amount of incremental delivery work.

  • Ask the hard delivery questions: Why is this work sitting? Are stories being closed and copied without meaningful completion? Where are the requirements?
  • Improve story readiness, acceptance criteria, estimation, prioritization, and flow through the team.
  • Coach product owners, delivery teams, and stakeholders on effective Agile practices.
  • Surface dependencies, risks, impediments, and decisions that could affect delivery.
  • Use delivery metrics and team observations to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Encourage accountability, transparency, continuous learning, and a strong definition of done.
  • Partner with technical and business stakeholders across complex modernization and customer-facing initiatives.
