Job Description
We’re seeking a servant leader and experienced Scrum Master to help guide our Agile Release Train (ART). In this role, you will coach teams, facilitate program-level processes, and support execution across the train. You will partner with product managers, scrum masters, and teams to remove roadblocks, manage risks, and continuously improve how we deliver value.
Responsibilities
- Organize and facilitate PI planning sessions.
- Ensure coordination of dependencies across teams.
- Help teams align with business goals and deliverables.
- Assist in tracking the execution of features and capabilities.
- Facilitate regular program/project ceremonies such as Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Inspect and Adapt workshops.
- Promote collaboration between teams and stakeholders.
- Identify and remove systemic impediments to projects/programs.
- Foster a culture of relentless improvement and innovation.
- Guide teams through Agile maturity and best practices.
- Communicate with stakeholders, escalate issues, and provide transparency into project/program status.
- Maintain program-level metrics, dashboards, and status reports.
- Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other team members.
- Promote the use of Agile tools and frameworks to improve delivery efficiency.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks.
- Coordinate with other program leads and external teams to manage cross-team dependencies.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Agile roles.
- 2+ years as an RTE or equivalent role.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Exceptional facilitation, coordination, and communication skills.
- Experience working with Agile tools like Jira or Rally.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
