Position Overview

This role involves leading scrum ceremonies, organizing and motivating software development teams to deliver valuable software products, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Essential Job Functions

1. Team Empowerment, Support, and Improvement

• Perform Scrum Master duties for multiple teams.
• Facilitate team ceremonies and remove roadblocks.
• Coach teams in self-organization using Scrum or Kanban.
• Assist in decision-making and facilitate discussions.
• Ensure alignment with priorities and foster collaboration.
• Encourage continuous improvement through retrospectives.

Tooling and Automation

• Manage Azure DevOps boards and promote automation to improve efficiency.
• Track development progress and analyze data for productivity improvements.

Resource Management

• Manage resource allocation and address constraints.
• Report on resource utilization and team capacity.

Project Planning and Coordination

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and timelines.
• Adjust plans based on project changes.
• Coordinate activities and communicate with stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, with 1+ years in an associate role.
• Knowledge of SDLC, agile and traditional project management.
• Experience with Scrum/Agile, enterprise projects, and tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Experience managing multi-function teams of 10-15 members.
• Remote work experience and suitable household setup.

Additional Information

The annual salary range is $85,000 - $100,000, with potential bonuses and benefits including PTO, holidays, health insurance, and 401K.
