Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC is seeking a experienced Scrum Master to lead agile delivery for software systems, focusing on quality, performance, and user experience.

You will facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with product owners, engineering, and QA teams. The ideal candidate has hands-on Agile/Scrum experience in telecom or enterprise environments, excellent communication, and a track record of delivering within complex setups.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and software delivery lifecycle.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with distributed teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for Agile reporting.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach the team on Agile principles to improve delivery predictability and quality.
• Partner with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog and ensure clarity of user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Track and communicate sprint progress, velocity, and delivery metrics to stakeholders.
• Identify and remove impediments, evolve issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Promote transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Support release planning, dependency management, and cross-team coordination.
• Maintain Agile tooling and ensure data accuracy for reporting.
• Drive team accountability, self-organization, and adherence to Definition of Done.
• Coordinate with QA and DevOps to ensure smooth delivery and quality gates.

The Scrum Master will facilitate scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating closely with product owners, engineering, and QA teams. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience with Agile/Scrum practices, strong communication skills, and a background in software delivery within telecom or enterprise environments.

• Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe Agilist) preferred.
• Ability to manage conflicts, motivate teams, and drive results under tight deadlines.

Good to Have

• Experience with automation testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Understanding of performance testing and quality assurance processes.
