Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master for our Jacksonville, FL team. You will lead one or more Agile teams, facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, and coach the Product Owner on backlog refinement.

Your focus will be removing impediments and driving value delivery through transparent reporting. You will foster continuous improvement, collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and Stakeholders, and help scale Agile practices across teams while tracking velocity and

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum framework.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, Retrospectives).
• Proficient in Agile project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, Trello).
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile best practices.
• Knowledge of Kanban and other Agile methodologies.
• Strong impediment removal and risk management skills.
• Understanding of story point estimation and backlog management.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a servant lead to one or more Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.
• Facilitate all Scrum events and support the Product Owner in backlog refinement.
• Remove impediments and help the team stay focused on delivering value.
• Ensure transparency on progress, risks, and dependencies through effective reporting.
• Foster continuous improvement through retrospectives and actionable feedback loops.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Stakeholders to maintain a healthy product backlog.
• Track and communicate team performance metrics (velocity, burn-down charts, etc.).
• Promote collaboration and self‑organization within the team.
• Support the organization’s Agile transformation journey by sharing best practices and coaching other teams when required.
