Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Hartford, CT seeks an experienced testing lead to drive quality across Web, Mobile, API and client-server apps. You will design and execute comprehensive test strategies, spanning manual, automation, and DevOps testing, while aligning with SDLC and STLC practices.

Collaborate with business and technical teams to elicit requirements, write user stories, use cases, and functional specs, and establish KPIs to measure success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end testing across multiple platforms (Web, Mobile, API, Client-Server).
• Ability to develop and execute test strategies covering manual, automation, and DevOps testing.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC methodologies and best practices.
• Proven defect management skills with industry-standard tools.
• Experience driving quality through test automation and continuous testing.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
