Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Farmers Branch, TX, is seeking a Sr. Scrum Master to guide Agile software teams in full-stack Java/Spring Boot environments. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coordinate releases, and ensure delivery quality, collaborating with stakeholders, users, vendors, and product owners.

The role focuses on removing impediments, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment with client expectations in a fast-paced technology setting.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile software development teams, preferably in Full Stack Java/Spring Boot environments.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum framework, Jira, Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog management, stakeholder communication, Release management activities, and Agile metrics.
• Good understanding of Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Kafka, AWS, CI/CD, and software delivery lifecycle is essential to effectively coordinate with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups and supporting the team in following the Scrum delivery process.
• Able to handle complex full stack technology team.
• Able to handle multiple crews.
• Handle release management activities.
• Handle traditional project management duties including scope definition, staffing, communication of status to clients and partners, and risk issue management.
• Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements.
• Author user stories, acceptance criteria and execute a portion of the testing on projects. Serve the team and product owner in turning requirements into the working software.
• Ensure product quality expectations are defined and known across the team.
• Collaborate with the team in scheduling work, including defect remediation and refactoring, guarding against the accumulation of technical debt.
• Evaluate data processing proposals to assess project feasibility and requirements.

Salary Range - $110,000-$120,000 a year
