Job summary

Centric Consulting is seeking a Sr. Scrum Master to lead agile ceremonies, coach teams, and drive delivery across AI, data, cloud, and digital initiatives in Chicago.

You will partner with stakeholders to remove blockers, manage risks, and align with security and governance standards while delivering on quarterly plans and roadmaps.

This temporary W2 contractor role offers a collaborative culture, strong growth opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Scrum Master, Agile Delivery, Technical Project Management, or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Experience supporting AI, data, cloud, or enterprise technology initiatives.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to work with architects and engineers.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Experience in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Experience with platforms such as Microsoft Foundry, Copilot Studio, Google Gemini, Databricks, IBM Enterprise Advantage, and Azure APIM is a plus.
