Job summary

Signature IT World Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Scrum Master to lead Agile initiatives in a banking environment. The role requires solid hands-on Scrum Master experience and the ability to drive ceremonies, foster cross-functional collaboration, and guide the team toward reliable delivery.

This full-time position will require active participation in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and metrics tracking to improve velocity and predictability for banking projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Scrum Master.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Banking domain experience.
• Experience managing Agile ceremonies and facilitating cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, Scrum principles, and SDLC.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
• Strong knowledge of sprint planning, backlog management, estimation, velocity, and Agile metrics.
• Experience identifying and resolving project/team impediments.
• Strong communication, facilitation, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
