The candidate should have a strong background in Agile/Scrum, stakeholder management, and coaching teams toward continuous improvement and high performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with substantial Scrum Master work.
• Strong hands-on experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Proven experience with cross-functional Agile teams and stakeholder management.
• Expertise in Agile metrics and reporting.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles, values, and best practices.
• Remove impediments and proactively manage risks and dependencies.
• Partner with Product Owners to ensure a prioritized backlog.
• Drive continuous improvement using Agile metrics like velocity, burndown, and cycle time.
• Foster collaboration across development, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
• Support SAFe or LeSS implementations and other scaled Agile initiatives.
• Ensure transparent communication and reporting to leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile/Scrum frameworks, stakeholder management, and coaching teams toward continuous improvement and high performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives
• Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles, values, and best practices
• Remove impediments and proactively manage risks and dependencies
• Partner with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog
• Drive continuous improvement using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time)
• Foster collaboration between development, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders
• Support Scaled Agile initiatives (SAFe, LeSS, or similar frameworks
• Ensure transparent communication and reporting to leadership
• Facilitate release planning and support delivery commitments
• Mentor junior Scrum Masters and Agile practitioners
• Promote Agile mindset across the organization

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience, with significant experience as a Scrum Master
• Strong hands-on experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies
• Proven experience working with cross-functional Agile teams
• Expertise in Agile metrics and reporting
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools
• Ability to manage multiple teams and complex delivery environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
