Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles, values, and best practices.
• Remove impediments and proactively manage risks and dependencies.
• Partner with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed backlog.
• Drive continuous improvement using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time).
• Foster collaboration between development, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
• Support Scaled Agile initiatives (SAFe, LeSS, or similar frameworks).
• Ensure transparent communication and reporting to leadership.
• Facilitate release planning and support delivery commitments.
• Mentor junior Scrum Masters and Agile practitioners.
• Promote Agile mindset across the organization.

• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools
