Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification required.
• 5+ years of Agile Scrum Master and project delivery experience.
• Advanced experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Proven experience leading software development projects and Agile teams.
• Strong business analysis, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage and support multiple Scrum teams simultaneously.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of key initiatives.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and drive issue resolution.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reporting.
• Promote Agile best practices and continuous process improvement.
• Coordinate resources across multiple teams and time zones.
• Monitor project dependencies and proactively address roadblocks.
• Ensure accurate Jira documentation, reporting, and time tracking.
• Support change management and business transformation initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate project updates effectively.
• Prioritize competing demands while maintaining focus on business objectives and delivery timelines.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
