Parkway Family Auto in Tomball, TX is seeking a Car Wash Attendant to deliver top-notch customer service while operating the wash tunnel and recommending wash packages. You will assist in cleaning vehicles sold by Parkway Chevrolet and manage vehicle movement and inventory as needed.

The ideal candidate has a HS diploma, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and at least one year in customer service, with willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recommend wash type and packages to customers.
• Operate wash tunnel and related equipment.

Essential Duties

• Recommend wash type and unlimited wash club packages to customers.
• Operates wash tunnel.
• Assists in cleaning all sold vehicles from Parkway Chevrolet.
• Assists in moving/parking vehicles and delivering vehicles to correct locations.
• Manages inventory and reorders supplies.
• Responds to client inquiries and fulfills their requests.

Car Detailing Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid state driver's license with good driving record.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Attention to detail with excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Willingness to comply with all company policies and uphold standards for service quality.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.

Ability to commute/relocate:

Tomball, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
