The OR Scrub Technician is responsible for supporting the patient's perioperative experience through technical functions. This includes preparing the OR environment, managing equipment, instrumentation, and supplies. The technician reports to the circulating RN and aligns with the department's philosophy and goals.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

• One year of scrub experience preferred.

Certifications/Licensure:

• Licensed Surgical Technologist by the Virginia Department of Health Professions required.
• Surgical Technology certification preferred.
• BLS certification required.
