Job summary

Syneos Health / inVentiv Health Commercial LLC is seeking a lead copy team member to own concept, writing, and presentation across assigned accounts. You will partner with art directors to shape brand concepts and provide mentorship to copywriters within the Core Brand Team.

You will also act as a hands-on copywriter, presenting ideas internally and to clients, while guiding recruitment, training, and development of copywriting talent and staying current with branding and advertising trends.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years' experience in the field of writing with at least 5 of which is concentrated in advertising or healthcare
• Proficiency in critical software—primarily Microsoft Word.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with creative, account services, production, and extended team members.
• Collaborates with editors and owns accuracy and consistency in writing style.
• Participates in the recruiting, hiring, training, and developing of copywriters in the group.
• Keeps up to date with trends in branding, marketing, advertising, and related communications industries.
