As a Screw Machining Production Specialist at our Mooresville, NC facility, you’ll be the steady hand behind high-quality parts—operating and optimizing mechanical equipment, verifying quality, and keeping production flowing.Your opportunityLocation: Mooresville, NCWork Arrangement: On-siteSchedule: 3rd Shift, 9:45 PM – 6:00 AMPay: $21.00–$24.00 per hour, commensurate with experience/qualificationsEmployment Type: Full-time / HourlyMake an impact byIndependently operating mechanical screw machines and other production equipment.Inspecting parts against specifications and documenting results.Troubleshooting and making adjustments to correct operating issues.Reading and interpreting blueprints to guide work as needed.Using measurement tools and gages to confirm requirements.Completing production and quality records with accuracy.Maintaining 5S organization in your area.Following established safety, environmental, and quality procedures.What sets you up for success2–5 years of related machining or manufacturing experience.Self-directed, able to work effectively with minimal supervision.Comfort interpreting work instructions and following written/verbal direction.Intermediate math and clear verbal/written communication skills.Skilled with gaging and precision measuring instruments.Ability to resolve complex equipment issues within role scope.Comprehensive working knowledge of screw machine operations.Work Environment & Physical RequirementsEmployees in this role regularly work in a manufacturing environment and are required to stand for extended periods.
