You don't need prior screw machine experience to succeed in this role - if you're mechanically inclined and enjoy hands-on work, we'll provide the training you need. Candidates with backgrounds in manufacturing, maintenance, automotive repair, welding, or general machine operation often thrive here. If you're detail-oriented, safety-minded, and comfortable using tools like wrenches or calipers, you already have many of the skills we're looking for. What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• An understanding of how machines and tools work, even from automotive, HVAC, or maintenance experience.
• Previous experience running or monitoring production or packaging machines in any manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read blueprints and use shop mathematics.
• Basic troubleshooting such as identifying and correcting simple mechanical or quality issues.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to learn new things and be part of a team.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
