As a Screw Machine Operator, you will be part of the Screw Department supporting production operations. Pay Range: $21/hr

Shift: 1st shift hours: 5:45am - 3:45pm (MON-THUR / overtime possible on Fridays)

• Perform machine setup and operation of Acme and Davenport screw machines
• Load bar stock, fill fluids, and remove chips from machines to ensure smooth operation
• Adjust tooling, sharpen tools, and perform tool changes to meet quality specifications
• Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout production
• Assist colleagues with troubleshooting, maintenance, and training activities
